Pakistan especially Balochistan is such an area where the women have less Business and other daily life opportunities and negligible participation in decision making. In such a backward area, participation of a female in Business activities is more than a miracle. A female from District Panjgur decided to be the pioneer in business sector and in company formation. The chief executive officer CEO of the Women Entrepreneur Company WEC, started Business of Poultry in at small scale in Washbood area of District Panjgur Balochista in the year 2016. She further extended her business to Balochi Embroidery, confectionery, homemade bakery items and beauty parlor business.

The idea and initiatives of CEO of WEC were unique and revolutionary in the area but implementation of such plan was challenging  because it was an open challenge for cultural taboos .But her family members supported and encouraged her in each and every steps to implement her ideology and finally she became successful and a role model for other female members of the area in business sector and decision making. In addition to the poultry business few other businesses started by her and got roots in the area successfully. Many women of the area got inspired by the initiatives of CEO of women entrepreneur company WEC and started their own businesses like opening of shops at homes and boutique businesses. The women of the area are encouraged and guided by the team of WEC for promoting of their own businesses and women are assisted to be empowered, women are encouraged to take  participatory approaches in decision making. Few sessions for local women on Health and hygiene, literacy, women rights, HIV/AIDS and skills also held by the WEC with the support of a local NGO council for community Development which were appreciated by the line departments. WEC is now the leading women group company of the area.
